Cooking For Food Allergies Courses
I've developed a range of Cooking for Food Allergies Courses to demonstrate to people with food allergies or intolerances or those who have to cook for them, that making real, delicious food is eminently possible without basic ingredients such as wheat, dairy and egg. These courses are being taught by me in conjunction with, and on the premises of, the Edinburgh School of Food & Wine. The first of these - a 3 day course as part of their 6 month long diploma course - was a great success.
We're running a variety of courses to suit varying needs:
- Course lengths range from a single day to a full 10 class evening course.
- There is a mix of demonstration and practical cookery
- Courses to cater for a specific allergy in detail.
