Two Day Practical Courses
On the two day courses, we have more time to cover a wider variety of recipes and to run some practical sessions giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of substitute ingredients and to try out the cooking techniques for yourself.
Each day will have a mix of demonstrations, followed by practical cookery. We believe that incentives matter: you eat what you've made for lunch.
The courses run from 10am to 5pm, at the Edinburgh School of Food & Wine.
